Intro: Read these before you race. Every competitor is responsible for knowing them.
Rulebook order: TSRS runs on the SKUSA rulebook. IKF covers classes SKUSA doesn’t. The TSRS Supplemental covers everything else. If rules conflict, TSRS comes first, then SKUSA, then IKF. Race vehicle standards, flags, starts and penalties follow SKUSA, except Kid Kart chassis rules from TSRS/IKF. SKUSA section 307.15 (chain guards) applies to all classes. Micro/mini rules apply to all cadet classes.
